This product includes a mail merged letter, a size #10 envelope, printed and addressed outside the envelope.

The letter packet is printed on a high quality white 60# text stock, matching 60# white envelope and a 24# white wove # 6.75 remittance (donor) envelope.

Direct mail fundraising letters are sorted according to U.S. postal specifications. They are addressed and mailed at the permit holder’s business mail unit.

Easy to order! Submit the artwork.

1. Outside envelope file.

2. Letterhead artwork.

3. Mail merged letter file with corresponding excel spreadsheet.

4. Send .csv file of the mail list.

5. Artwork relating to any remittance envelope or insert. If you need design help for your remittance, please contact the office for scheduling.

We will send a pdf proof of your file within 24 hours of receiving the artwork. A hard copy is also available to expedite approval if requested.
