Action Litho’s online book printing and bindery service manufactures custom booklet printing on a variety of stocks and sizes. We offer fast turnarounds on self published books, paperback book printing, product catalogs, and on demand book printing. We also manufacture other short run book printing such as health and fitness booklets, comic books, coloring books, and children’s book printing. Because of its low cost, it’s efficient and cost effective for on demand printing because large quanitities aren’t required. Our booklet printing services are ideal for customers looking for high quality, cheap book printing and fast binding services locally. Our commercial book printing service offers wire-o, saddle stitch and perfect binding and hard cover book printing and binding.
We perfect bind books up to 2” inches thick, and as large as 12.5 x 12.5. Perfect bound booklet printing finishes the spine of the book in a neat square typically seen on high quality magazines, short story books, photo magazines, cookbooks, year books, biographies and novels. Hot glue is applied to the spine, and the cover is applied forming it into neat square shape. It differs from case binding, as it doesn’t have the overlapping hard cover.
It’s common for self published books and paperback book printing to be finished in this fashion. Additionally, Action Litho can print multiple size perfect bound booklets without our customers incurring large setup times and costs. On demand printing and perfect binding can be accomplished in as little as 24-48 hours after the order has been approved for production. This is beneficial when time and cost are a factor in printing and binding decisions.
