1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Action LItho, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting any order.
2. Order Placement and Confirmation
2.1 All orders must be placed through our website, in-store, or via email.
2.2 Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Payment is due in full at the time of order placement unless credit terms have been agreed upon.

4. Artwork and File Submission
4.1 Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications.
4.2 We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork or files.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse printing any material we deem offensive or illegal.
5. Proofing and Approval
5.1 Digital proofs will be provided for custom work, and hardcopy proofs provided for all books.
5.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check all proofs before approving for print.
5.3 We are not liable for errors in approved proofs.
6. Production and Turnaround Times
6.1 Standard turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.
6.2 Rush orders may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.
7.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
8. Quality and Satisfaction
8.1 We strive for the highest quality in all our products.
8.2 Any quality issues must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
8.3 Refunds or reprints are at our discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Customers warrant that they have the right to reproduce all submitted artwork and content.
9.2 Customers indemnify Action Litho against any claims of copyright infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Our liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.
